A Huge, Shady Yard

The house is surrounded by a huge fenced yard and dozens of mature trees—huge blue spruce, pines, black willows and bearing fruit trees (five kinds of apples plus plums). Mountain views in every direction—the Wellsville Range and Mendon Peak just out the driveway, and breath-taking panoramas across the Valley of Cutler Marsh and the Bear River to Logan, 9 miles due east, the Bear River Range.
Mendon Peak from the end of the driveway of Center Street (County Road 000 North).

An enormous deck wraps around the south and east sides of the house, letting off into the back yard
outside the kitchen and master suite.

The front yard is shaded from south summer sun by huge, old black willows, plus 50-foot spruces and pines.
Great views to the east across the Valley to Logan and the Bear River Range.

A seasonal stream runs in the ditch alongside the road beneath the big willows,
carrying snowmelt down from the Wellsvilles even in August.
