Family Room & Fireplace Room

Two stairways—one from the front entry and the other from the kitchen—lead to the lower level, where there are four bedrooms, two full baths and two HUGE family rooms, one with a fireplace and both with glass doors opening onto the yard.

The larger family room—“The Blue Room”—features a full kitchen (plumbing exists for sink to be cut into the countertop),
perfect for entertaining or for use as an in-law apartment on the lower level.
